Lucensia Consulting helps organisations deliver complex change successfully, not just implement systems.
Lucensia is led by an experienced programme manager with a background in ERP and enterprise transformation. Through years of hands-on delivery, one issue came up repeatedly. Programmes rarely struggle because of the technology itself. They struggle because no one is responsible for how business, data, testing, and change fit together across the full lifecycle of the programme.

We work on the client side, independently, to support, advise, and guide organisations through significant change from early decisions through to go-live and beyond.

We support and advise clients by helping them connect system design to real business goals. We guide critical activities such as data migration and testing, and help organisations understand readiness and change impact early rather than at the point of go-live. Throughout delivery, we surface non-technical risks while there is still time to act and help keep programmes focused on practical, measurable outcomes.
